Paperza Buyer Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Paperza, a professional services marketplace operated by Paperza International Limited.

These Buyer Terms & Conditions govern the use of Paperza by individuals, businesses, researchers, institutions, and other clients purchasing services through the platform.

By creating a buyer account, placing an order, or using Paperza’s services, you agree to these Terms, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, the Payment Policy, and other applicable platform policies.

Paperza Team: Services identified with the official Paperza Team designation are offered directly through Paperza International Limited’s designated team.

Independent Sellers: These are third-party professionals offering services through the Paperza marketplace. Independent Sellers are responsible for the services they advertise and agree to deliver.

Buyers should review the service provider’s identity, gig description, pricing, delivery schedule, and customer feedback before purchasing.

Buyers must provide accurate account information and maintain the security of their login credentials.

Before making payment, buyers should review the service description and deliverables, total service price, delivery period, number of included revisions, any applicable third-party expenses, and the platform service fee. An order becomes binding once payment is successfully accepted.

Paperza charges a 5% buyer service fee calculated on the purchased service price (e.g., Service price: $100, Buyer service fee: $5, Total payable: $105). The full payable amount is displayed before payment confirmation.

All payments for services purchased through Paperza must be made using the platform’s officially authorized payment methods. Buyers must not transfer money directly to sellers through personal bank accounts, cryptocurrency wallets, payment links, or other external arrangements.

Buyers must not encourage sellers to complete Paperza transactions through WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, personal email, or other external channels.

Orders properly placed and paid for through Paperza are eligible for the platform’s order-management and dispute-resolution procedures.

Payments made outside Paperza’s authorized payment system are not covered by Paperza’s ordinary marketplace refund or Buyer Protection procedures.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to any mandatory laws protecting users in other jurisdictions.
